A few years ago, I deleted my instagram account, all 16,000 followers gone into the atmosphere. I had started a blog at the time and wrote about why I deleted it. I was really sick of sharing this picture perfect life that was all completely fake, and just making other people feel worse about themselves, but didn’t know how to stop it without deleting the whole thing.
